Hey guys,
Game Time, I sent you a PM last night and gave you a good idea of what I was wanting it a team site, honoring Lamar Hunt. I guess the first place to start is with the team banner/logo, huh? I do want to call the league "Ring of Honor", using your judgment, if you feel it looks better with FFL in the banner that's fine but if not, don't. I think spelling out Ring of Honor Fantasy League is too much. But, you guys know best. After looking through your finished template section, would it be easier to start there? And do a classy template with the league banner? ...Just thinking out loud.
Keeping in mind that background (#DD0F0F) and buttons are probably next in line I like the GUN METAL colors or a PEWTER for the league banner. Can you do some embossing on the banner? Right now the league banner is 930x100 it could stand to be doubled in height to 200, if of course that works for you and the overall scheme of things Here is the URL for the league:

Here are all the images you can stand of the Chiefs (old & new), old Municipal Stadium from the 60's to the NEW plans for Arrow Head renovation. Hey, and that wouldn't be a bad idea of the old stadium on 1 side of the banner, and the new Arrowhead on the other. With a picture of Lamar Hunt or the pic of the merger with Roselle and Lamar in the middle (top), or maybe incorporate the old Texans logo, and the old Chiefs logo before the days of the arrowhead? I've even got some AFL logo from the 60's as well as the latest. Some of these images are black and white, and faded color. What ever you might want and need. However, the best images of Lamar are on the Dallas News paper site. I goggled up "Lamar Hunt Photos" and a tribute to hims was posted on their site. but it's in a Flash 9, and I couldn't jack a photo of him when he won "Dunce of the Year" award, and him showing off the plans for the now, Arrowhead. Also, is a pic of him and all the owners in the AFL on the day it was formed. Do you have ways of snatching those 3 photos?
Here, GT I found it:

I think so many teams have the NFL logo incorporated in their banners, but I don't see many with the AFL/NFL in them. However, I'm not apposed to the NFL, AFL in the banner, I just don't want to get it too busy. Ya know, I drive a truck for a living, and I could tell you how to get across the country (besides United Airlines) I know that... And, you know this stuff!! You know what looks good, you know what fits well, and you know what works the best. Anything you do, will be fine with me. You guys do really TOP SHELF work. You know, if the font doesn't match the type don't use it, if the font color looks hideous with the background don't use it. ...You guys know what's looks good. I guess what I'm trying to say is, if any of the things I've touched on won't do Lamar justice, please use your better judgment. GT, I really like your site, and colors. As far as players go, I really like the picture of #1 Noland Smith, and some of the old chiefs. How about the image of Kawika Mitchell with the NFL logo behind him. That's the MONEY SHOT of all the pictures, if you ask me. It wouldn't hurt me feelings at all if you used that image in there somewhere.
This League banner is the size and I like the way it goes from the old school to the new, but I really like the old school look!! But this is right on the money...

Before I forget, the Smokey type font caught my eye, and here is the link to it, but I'd bet you have 1000 of them. I kinda like the Crillee font, but you never know until you see it live, right?

As far as the size of everything, I have no clue.
Here is my site as is now:

What else can I tell you? Is this some help? In the mean time, I'll shop around for sizes and see if I can come up with something. But, if you look at my site, can you tell the size needed? Is it like holding a shirt up to yourself, and knowing if the size is right? ...Remember your mom doing that?
Thanks for your time, and energy. I know you guys work hard, and give up a lot of your time when you could be doing other things. You know, you guys help thousands and thousands of people out there enjoy their time away from work. I know you'll make my sons, their friends, and my coworkers very pleased, and aid in their Fantasy Football experience. I know when I look at some of your products, I'm just in AWH!!
Thanks Much, in advance!
