Logo request (F)

I requested a logo the other day with Homer Simpson on it. Was wondering if you could tweak it a bit. On the logo, I would like the Homer with cigar on top of this type of star (centered).

I need the star to be shades of silver. Then for the outside of the logo, I was wondering if you could wrap some razor wire around it. If you can do this, that would be awesome, if not, I understand.
