easy helmet then team banner (F)

Hey NFFL I was wondering if you can make this helmet for me. I see you guys have new templets for your helmets, and yours is the closest to what everyone in my league has. They are going to team banners so if you don't need to make the helmet (to make a team banner) here just send me to the banner section. I guess on the banners they are having the team helmet on the left and the logo on the right, with name of team in the middle. But you do need to make the helmet first then here is my info:
Team Name: Millen's Misfits
Helmet color: Green (not a dark green please)
Stripes: 2 (yellow/white)
Face Mask color: yellow
Helmet logo. Just a picture of Matt Millen.
I made this so if you can just cut out his head and place it on the helmet I would be set. Thanks in advance for you work.
