can you make the $$ signs bigger so they stand out on the helmet?

for the tecmo allstars. can you make a white helmet with green stripes (old style eagles) with say TA. and if the T and A can have something like the tecmo logo. red, white and blue in color.

then can you use this picture to come up with the side of the mini banner.
